What Greenlight is
Greenlight analyzes your resume against a job posting and gives you a match score, keyword feedback, and suggested edits. It’s a tool to help you improve your application materials — it doesn’t guarantee interviews, job offers, or any particular outcome.
Credits & payment
Scans are purchased as credits — one credit runs one scan. Credits don’t expire. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.
Refunds
If a scan fails to complete due to a technical error on our end, the credit is automatically refunded to your balance — you shouldn’t need to ask. If you believe you were charged incorrectly or have another billing issue, contact us at cristian.mejia415@yahoo.com and we’ll sort it out.
Accuracy
Match scores and suggestions are generated by AI and are meant as guidance, not a definitive assessment. Different employers’ actual hiring systems vary, and no tool can guarantee how a specific company’s process will score your resume.
Acceptable use
Please don’t use Greenlight to upload documents you don’t have the right to share, or attempt to abuse, overload, or circumvent the service (including automated scripts hitting our systems faster than a normal person would use the site).
Changes
These terms may be updated as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected with a new “last updated” date above.
