Your data, plainly explained.

What we collect

• Your email address — used to track your scan credit balance and send you receipts via Stripe. That’s it; we don’t email you for any other reason.
• The resume and job description you submit — used only to generate your match report. See “What happens to your resume” below for exactly where this goes.
• Payment information — handled entirely by Stripe, our payment processor. We never see or store your card number.

What happens to your resume

When you run a scan, your resume text and the job description are sent to Anthropic’s Claude API to generate your match report. We do not store your resume or job description in our own database, before or after the scan — once your report is returned to you, we’re done with it. Anthropic’s standard API terms mean the content isn’t used to train their models and is automatically deleted from their systems after a short window.

What we store long-term

Just your email address and your current credit balance, plus a simple log of purchases and scans used (so we can debug billing issues if something goes wrong). No resume content, no job descriptions, no scan results are kept.

Who we share data with

Three services process data on our behalf, each only for the specific job described: Anthropic (runs the AI analysis, as described above), Stripe (processes payments), and Supabase (stores your email and credit balance). We don’t sell your data or share it with anyone else.

Cookies & tracking

Greenlight doesn’t use cookies, analytics, or advertising trackers. There’s no account login — your email address is how we look up your credit balance, nothing more.

Your choices

Since we don’t store your resume or scan results, there’s nothing to delete on that front. If you’d like your email and credit history removed from our system entirely, contact us below and we’ll take care of it.
